Appointment details and preferences submitted via Google Calendar or custom event forms.
Payment information (processed securely through Squarespace Payments / Stripe; we never store full credit card details on our servers).

We use your information solely to:
Provide virtual consultations, process ticket bookings, and deliver services.
Send booking confirmations, event updates, and direct service communications.
Manage community networking and event RSVPs.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to power our operations:
Squarespace & Squarespace Payments / Stripe for website hosting and secure payment processing.
Google Calendar & Google Workspace for appointment scheduling and virtual video calls.
4. Event & Consultation Policies
Virtual Consultations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled call time.
Social Event Tickets: Event tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Social Dance Network. Tickets may be transferred to another date upon request.
